New vegetation and post-processor

Today we implemented new grass, bushes and trees using a brand-new vegetation engine, that spawns vegetation procedurally at runtime. Not only does the game run much more smoothly, the vegetation itself looks much better too.

To get all this working, some very basic features in the game needed a complete overhaul, but we think the result was worth it. Last but not least, we implemented a new post-processing filter that makes the lighting in the world a bit darker and much more romantic. At night, this gives the spell effects a really nice glow, and during daytime, it will make you stop whatever you were doing to just stand in awe and admire the beautiful sunset.
